I think it probably hardware problem if you can't flash, you may consider contact with Apple or other mobile repair sevice. Cannot backup the phone as we can't enter the pass code. Or set your Device into Recovery mode flash in 3uTools or iTunes again. You could back up your iPhone before flashing if you can turn on iPhone 6s.
